    ? for Blueant Q1 users

I'm using it with a HTC Touch Diamond. Upon purchasing the Q1 it had the 8.15 firmware and it was quite quiet but after upgrading to 8.19 though the sound is much louder I'm finding both incoming and outgoing sound makes voices a bit raspy?? It comes and goes but there have been instances where the other party does not understand me.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there are any easy fixes or if I should return it for another?
    Thanks!

After the upgrade My incoming was definately crackly/raspy. The volume I had to keep it at to avoid distortion was TOO LOW., and the next beep up it was far too distorted to hear clearly .

I returned it as it appeared defective. I'm on my second one now...now sure if I'm ready to upgrade., I kinda like the volume on this one already??? Strange the other one was really low., but I'm not having that problem on this one.

I also prefer the single NoiseIsolation click on the old firmware better than the double on the upgrade...so unless I see a functional improvement, I might not upgrade.
