Your assuming the OMAP4430 could be in a phone by this time frame.

Some assumption. But a lot if hope. It's cool though I can upgrade the Droid in Dec guess ill have to wait until the next gen phones come out with those ba snapdraggens and omap4440/4430's to see how they perform

Also, I'm not convinced the DroidPro will have a keyboard. It's called DroidPro - not Droid2 or Droid3. 'Pro' doesn't necessarily denote a sequel. It could easily be a totally different phone designed for "Pro Android users". It could very well be a slate.

Nope. Touchscreen is so 2008. It will have a eye scanner. It scans and can tell what you're looking at. Then you blink to open and squinting will replace the motion of holding the finger down. Get with the times!

I was about to get the incrdible as my first smartphone but now think I will hold off for the shadow or extreme or whatever it will be called. Quick question about motoblur though. I don't facebook/twitter/myspace, so i don't need or want motoblur correct? If not and I disable it like other in this thread have said, what kind of interface is left? Would the user friendliness be less. I'm not capable of doing many mods, I'd like to leave it stock so i don't screw it up. Sorry if this is the wrong forum for these questions.

MotoBLUR is just an overlay, almost like a theme you put on your desktop computer. If you don't want the social networking widgets, simply don't put them on your desktop. It's totally customizable.

If you absolutely hate the thought of MotoBLUR at all, a simple key sequence upon bootup should disable it entirely. You don't need to be a master of all things tech to get rid of MotoBLUR. You only need 2 minutes to look it up on HoFo and type in the key sequence
