tracfone: possible to sell your phone along with minutes
Hello. I grabbed a Iphone 3gs on black Friday and would like to sell my tracfones. I have a active tracfone with 500+ minutes and 78 days left. I would like to know if I can sell it and the new buyer could continue to use the account (ie. refill minutes/days etc). I don't mind giving my login info if I can remove any payment info/personal data from my account online.
I also have 2 inactive tracfones w370 & w376 I'd like to sell. Any special procedures for those two?

You can remove the phone from your account provided it is not the only one, you can't remove "account owner". The new owner could then add it to his account, change the number or whatever.
I recently sold a W376g with 1500 minutes and a very long due date for $150 on Craigs List. I've talked to the new owner since, he says he was able to add it to his account. I think 10 cents per minute would be the max you could hope for.
Used, inactive phones are a little different. I saw the W376g in the sunday adds for $20. Why would someone fool with the grief involved in activating a used, zero balance Tracfone when they can start with activation minutes and days so cheaply?
