Since there only seem to be posts about terrible porting experiences I figured it might be nice to hear about a positive one. Just this morning I ported my tracfone number into PP and successfully activated it on an Alltel Moto Z6m. I initiated the port on the PP website at 9am this morning and the port was completed and I was using my Alltel phone with the ported number before 10am. On the online form I used my tracfone's ESN as the account number and the last four digits of my phone number for the PIN. I read posts on this forum that this process can take days with at least 2 phone calls having to be made to both tracfone and PP but happily I didn't have to do any of that, it actually worked like it was supposed to! I've been contemplating this move for months and glad that I finally pulled the trigger. Thanks to all the knowledgable people that frequent this board!
