Nokia 5800 Help

After updating my phone to the new FW version 40. It goes to the end and then says its failed and to remove the battery, charger, usb, then put it back in charger, usb, hold power button for 1 sec..
then click retry..

after trying this twice, i cancelled it, which I would have thought would roll back.
But no, its turned my phone into a vibrator. I turn it on, theres no lights at all, no screen activity, but just virbrates for about a minute then stops.
Ive tried putting the charger in and nothing happens at all.

I guess the only option is to take it to a Nokia Service Centre, but the site wont let me find a location.

Is there any tricks as to getting this to roll back at all?

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

err hmm, the same thing happened to mine ie the failed part only, but it updated still to v40, I am sure there should be a way to call nokia and ask where the nearest service centre is.
