How to put music, ringtones, pictures & video via SD card on so905i?

I have a problem finding instructions for putting music, video, pictures and ringtones using PC and SD card on my Docomo so905i.
    Can someone help me, please?

Thanks, I managed to put music on it, works great, even shows album artwork.

Pictures and Video don't work, it's different for so905i. If someone knows where to put pics (in which folder and how to rename the file) please let me know. Oh, and also, do the pics have to the size of the screen 3" or can they be smaller..

Sync how? I didn't sync when I put music and it works.
I drag & drop in SD card, I don't have a cable so I don't think I need to sync anything.

When I put the pics/video on the card and in the phone, the phone doesn't register them so I think I put them in the wrong folder or the file name is wrong or the size is wrong, that's why I'm here, to find that out from someone who has the same phone as me or knows where to put what in the SD card.
That guide doesn't work for my phone.

I must be blind or something, I've read the manual and couldn't find it. Maybe you can find it. Here is the manual http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/english/s...05i/index.html

IF I had a usb cable, would I have the same problem or not?

The manual is there.... you should look for it

But isn't most everything useful in Databox or Lifekit?

It is, but it would help to know the name of thing I'm looking for. I read guides for P905i and SH905i and they don't need to sync anything, so it's confusing why so905i has that.

In phone -> menu -> lifekit -> microSD -> My picture -> press function -> I get 3 options 1. microSD info 2. Format 3. Update management info -> I press 3. but it's still not displaying the pics I put on the card, maybe that's not it?
