Reply With Quotego to settings: phones and click "edit" on the phone you want to recieve texts on. There's a box for "Recieve SMS on this phone." Only works on phones you've labeled as mobile.

I've got more phones than fingers
I thought there was an option to forward sms to a mobile number (there is an option to forward to email) under settings. At least that's the way I thought it used to work. However, I no longer see that option under settings. I went to check because a number of people said they sent sms to my GV number but I did not receive them. Am I missing something?

Thanks. That explains it. I mistakenly removed the forwarding of GV calls to my mobile. Hence, it also stopped the sms forwarding.
