I must comment, that going back to see the original hardware ID of my computer and running the gethardwareid.exe from cdma-ware.com, the hardware numbers are still the same. So nothing at all has changed on my side.

So I paid for a legit copy of CDMA WORKSHOP several months ago. Installed, used for 3-4 months now.
Loaded up this morning and it says "Your license key is corrupt"
This is bogus. I did not edit the password or key file etc. I have since deleted the copy I have on my PC and redo my entire installation from the original file. No fix.
NOTHING has changed. Not the PC, not windows ...nothing. The only thing I can think that might of half way been downloaded is windows updates. My IP/service provider the same and all.
My friend says they have shady business practices, basically forcing him to buy a new copy after a solid week or not giving him a new key after installing windows, but more than willing to give him a key for a new copy.
Anyone else having anything similar happen last few days? Have e-mailed several times today with no response, yet e-mailing from another e-mails. address about signing up for another copy, gets a response in 2 hours.
Any advice would be great ...have customers phones waiting to be flashed.
Thank you in advance,
Dustin

Their policy is one hardware key per calendar month. If he purchases it and decides to change OS's right after providing the hardware id, he'd have to wait till the next month to request a new one. It's outlined on their site.
I haven't had any issues with them so far and have even requested a change of computers. They responded a day or so later with my new key.
This may sound like a stupid question, but have you posted the software on the web somewhere? They're really protective of their latest releases.
Yes, not a noobie here ....havent switched in several month. Not resolved a week later ....
This guy is impossible to deal with, I have yet to get his software to work and he keeps giving me the run around
The software gives me the license key is corrupted message, I have sent the guy screenshots even of the install directory as well as the error message. His reply was "The installation instruction is clear for understanding. Try to find someone with more
computers experience, who can help you to follow the installation instruction."
I asked this guy to give me another key and he replies with "you can find the key with the installation instructions" Let me know if anyone has any other way of contacting these people and getting this straight
I have the same problem, everyday my cdma-workshop gives me an out of range error upon opening. The next time I run it I get the License Key is Corrupt error message. When I do a system restore to 2 days earlier, it starts working again, but it is anoying to do this everyday. I havent received any answers from CDMA-WARE.com but I did see this problem was listed as fixed in their new release. But I'm still having the same problem.![]()
I know this thread is old but I wanted to share my experience with this company as well. I have the same problem. I have changed absolutely nothing on my computer yet it is giving me an error message and refuses to run. I ran the hardware ID utility and asked them for a new license file. 24 hours later I finally get the file and after installing it into the folder the program gives me the same error and refuses to run. I contacted them again via email and requested some help and another license file and they refuse to assist me again for a month. I basically have a program I paid for and cannot get support to get it running. Their business practices are less than desired. I suggest avoiding this company until they improve their customer support.

Actually, users may post request for a new license key even on the next day after installation. It is normal if users want to change installation location at once. But after that the rule "1 month timeout" will take effect.Their policy is one hardware key per calendar month. If he purchases it and decides to change OS's right after providing the hardware id, he'd have to wait till the next month to request a new one. It's outlined on their site.
