Will the Sanyo Incognito work on page plus?

So my wife just got the Sanyo Incognito (boost mobile version not the sprint version) for $150 and we love the phone......

We are thinking about buying another boost mobile version of the incognito and giving it to my daughter since she needs a phone and her MP3 broke so this phone will do dual duty for her...

My question though is will this work on page plus network or should I get an unlocked verizon phone?

Perhaps a better question would be: is there a better phone than the incognito at the same price point that works on the page plus network?

In other words, we are looking for a smart phone that has a full qwerty keyboard, plays MP3s and has digital camera/camcorder abilities for ~$150?
