    Can Sprint Phones be Unlocked???

I have T-Mobile, but am looking at a Spring phone. I was just wondering if Sprint phones can be unlocked and can they use a SIM card?? Thanks

Nope. You can't use Sprint phones w/ T-Mo. Completely different type of network and no SIM cards.

It'd be sweeter if they used standard firmware and R-UIM cards with their beautiful CDMA phones.
As the audio experience is integral to this game,
for maximum enjoyment, headphones or an ideal listening
    environment are highly recommended.

I leave my phone unlocked all the time so I dont have to carry a key. I also leave my apartment and car unlocked.

gkaste - maybe you should look into keyless entry for your phone...

Not only does that not make sense in this thread.. but I could swear on my life that I saw that exact same post, from the exact same person, in a completely different thread. hmmm What is this person thinking?

You have to take the battery off and put the key in that little hole.. turn it and the phone will turn on automatically. The problem is.. the battery won't fit back on with the key in the hole... hmmm

I have seen that Nextel post in several other threads on the SPCS board and I also saw it on a thread on the Verizon board yesterday. I think it's kinda humorous...
