Same thing happened to me. I bought a phone from someone, but I couldn't get to it fast enough, and before I knew there was something wrong with it, it was too late to file a dispute :|

Sorry to hear that, man. You can always just try to sell it anyways, maybe get a tiny bit of money back, that's what I'm doing, just be sure to explain in the auction what's wrong with it, so that the cycle of being a jerk can be ended, and people can actually get what they expect.

SFGAD: I could do that, but basically he wouldn't lose anything. Most of his phones are buy now, not auctions so if I don't pay for it another one will eventually buy it from him.

Most of you who are wondering why he has a very good feedback, I honestly have no explanantions to that. All I can tell you is that not only me was a victim of this ''game''. Other people who got scred up from him contacted me and told he they were exactly ignored the same way as I was, the guy giving the same excuse on his ''negative feedback'' reply. According to me, maybe these are stolen stuff that's why he doesn't care about refunding the non working products.

AW614: took him about 2 weeks to send the product. I mean 2 weeks after the payment. And I told him to do it quick because I was leaving to India for vacation and I wanted to bring the phone in India to take pictures.

LETERSTONOEL: You might not believe it, but as I said before I am not the only victim. All the others contacted me on ebay and said he did the same thing to them: He doesnt reply to any of or messages and then replies on your negative feedback as if you did not want to send the product back thats why he doesn't give exchange or refund which is totally false. We are all trying to send him back, but he doesn't even reply to our mail about how to send it back or when....

I AM NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE OF ANY OTHER REASONS THAN WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO ME, I HAVE ALL THE EMAILED SAVED. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME PM ME AND I WILL SHOW YOU THE EVIDENCE OF ALL THIS STORY. DONT BUY FROM HIM IF YOU DONT WANNA LOSE YOUR HARD LABOR $$

getting a good feedback on ebay is easy, u can just set up a new account and pretend to buy from ur own original account auction and leave feedback.....

It's not that we don't believe you or anything.... In every business practice that involves transactions of products through the change of hands there will always be a few slip-ups on either the customer side or the vendor side.

A lot of the problems that go unsolved or hits a really really grey area.

"Cycle of Jerk" will never end. People are far too greedy to make a quick buck and it goes back down to the survival of fittest. It may not be doing the right thing, but sometimes if you do the right thing, you still get stabbed in the back. Just like how it is @ work.

    It's all good (^_^)

Your only and best/honest way to do things is to contact Ebay and Paypal about this. I have had things happen like that I actually contacted my bank and they yanked that money right back within 24hr's from the seller.

It sucks but so is life.

Singo is right about it. Actually many of his feedback have the same positive comment, I mean exactly the same characters and lenght. I was curious about that but now I believe it,s possible to do that.

Islandboy: He is a smart guy. I asked him to send it to me asap because I would leave for India in couple of weeks. He sent it to me late by 4 weeks! 4 weeks means 28 days and ebay-paypal policy cannot open any dispute case after 45 days. I lost 28 days out of that 45 days, then I was in India for one month and came back more than 45 days after purchasing the phone, tried it and found out it didnt work, what can I do about it? They won't refund for any cases of 45 days. The seller promised me he I would get it before I leave, he failed to his promise and all this leaded to the processus of losing my garantee from paypal and ebay.

Hey, thanks for warning me... I was going to buy a silver FOMA F902i from him and he did something very strange... I asked him if he can find one for me and he said that yes... then he sent me some photos of the phone he found for me (I swear I´ve seen those photos on Yahoo Auctions Japan before) and when I wanted to pay him for the phone, he wrote me that his supplier doesn´t have the phone anymore... he also wrote that he´s going to find another F902i for me, but after I wrote him back, he never replied...then I wrote him again and nothing... is he "playing a game" with the buyers? Now when I found this I´m glad that I didn´t pay him for the phone...

Haha you are like the third person wanting a F902i. I had no idea that phone is such a highly desired keitai. I have a chrome one but to my knowledge it wont work via hyper-SIM. I had tried it with a friends Hypersim from her F905i and it didnt work. I just like it because Yagami Light uses it in the movie "Death Note"

Well, it doesn´t matter for me that the phone won´t work I just want it because I like this phone, but I like only the one in silver colour;-)
