have you tried to report to ebay for his fraud business ?
I think you can join together with other victim to send ebay an info, or even black and write to push them to do something.

It is really a kind of internet crime.

The more victim to join together, the higher the power of asking ebay to take action

Thanks for the warning! I was thinking just recently about buying a phone from him but after reading this I know now.
Actually, I was also always stretching about this ebay-seller, like why his prices were always low and everyone else phones super high or just high priced in general. But now I know he's a fraud!

In order to post feedback on this seller, it would help if you were an active member of HoFo first.

Sorry Martin, I didn't see the post in question but I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with your decision, unless this post was clearly a comment from a competitor or something like that to drive sales away from kyoto-exports (in which case I'd agree, since it breaks the no-advertising rule).

I think that no matter whether people have 10,000 posts or 1 post their opinion should be allowed to be stated, especially since there are no rules being broken here.

Please don't take this post the wrong way- it's just my 2c

Of course I won't take it the wrong way! I've send CountParadox a PM to ask him to post his experiences with Kyoto Imports again in this thread, if he wouldn't mind doing so and accepts my apology.

I received a PM citing that the post could just be made by Kyoto Exports and should be removed as it is not from an "active" member. However, I was too hasty perhaps, and have both apologised (and again here, publicly) and asked for the original "review" to be repeated for the benefit of all.

I try my best to keep out of any moderation at all, and only even wish to protect users, so that another Chillyman or Island.boy event doesn't plague this little corner of HoFo.

Thank you Martindesu and Yamanote, I'm just saying that my experience with Kyoto-ex so far has been very good, I should get my phone either today or tomorrow, And on the assumption that its not a scam, or even has moved past scamming people, I thought I wouldn't want to let a business keep losing customers because people think its a scam, that's just the kind of guy I am...
I wasn't necessarily saying they aren't scammers, just that they don't seem like it to me, I even have them friends on facebook... And would a con-artist friend a victim on an active facebook account? Even added some of his friends and we are trying to invent a full sized computer desk kotatsu XD
Anyway, I'll post back when I get the phone, let you guys know how it goes, not sure if a video review is allowed so ill check the rules first but may do that too.

I joined a while ago when looking for a hypersim, I;m sure you can check that from my profile somewhere.. but if not I'm happy to post the not exactly private conversation I had with someone about a hypersim they were selling..
