    Samsung Rogue flash to cricket

I did a search but I have not seen any guides or instructions. Forgive my ignorance, my specialty is iPhones and Nextels. Any help would be appreciated.

If it is posted elswhere in the forum my apologies for taking up space. I had many requests for this so here you go. If you need help or a file pm me.

    Samsung Rogue SCH-U960 Tutorial
    1. Open QPST write prl. Then activate phone.
    2. Re-open QPST, goto (DO NOT READ) Data Tab and change MDR mode to MDR Only. Then goto tab M.IP and change Mopile IP Behavior to Simple IP only. Then goto PPP Config tab, Um, in user id put yournumber@mycricket.com and cricket for password. Do the same under AN and then write.
    3. Close QPST and open Samsung PST, not lite, choose U960 and double click. Goto Setting, check the following boxes: Multimedia_Messaging_service, WAP2_Browser_Requirements, and IS-95/1x/1xEV-DO, then click read from phone.
    4. Under MMS tab change vtext to mycricket and change the upload address to 111111.
    5. Under wap2 change gw.vzwwap.com to wap.mycricket.com, password to cricket, and home url to http://homepage
    6. Under IS-95 tab, everywhere you see yournumber@vzw3g.com, change to your number@mycricket.com, then write to phone.
    7. Writing the passwords first using QPST is the only way that you can change the passwords in this section and not have them revert.
    8. Start enjoying your new rogue on cricket with mms and wap.

NOTE: It is important that you use the full Samsung PST not the lite version and you have to use the u960 dll or settings will not stick.
No I will not teach you or tell you how to flash a phone.
Yes I will help you if you educate yourself first then ask reasonable questions.

I don't believe posting this file or a link to this file is allowed on this forum. I am not really familiar with all the rules here yet and don't want to get banned.

Like I said, if you need help locating it pm me. I am on here everyday and help people on here everyday so you won't have to wait long for a response.

I can not post files nor the link to files here but if you need help locating any samsung files I can point you in the right direction. My apologies if I offend anyone by saying this but if you have 0 posts please don't ask for something unless you have something to share.

Sorry to be like this, but I too like many others on here are tired of people only coming to these forums to get what they need and never helping anyone. I may only have a few posts here but had many on other sites that are no longer open and I help people through pm's everyday on here.

Not trying to be rude but please don't ask me for something unless you are willing to help me or someone else out on here. I may not be as smart as some of the greats here but I can still help out just like everyone else one here can.

I only found out about this site because I want to flash my own phone; and I was lead to your post about flashing the Samsung Rogue. I didn't mean to be rude, or anything like that. I know computers better, then I know phones. I have been on a differnt fourm since 2004, and have helped many people there. I would help any one with the LG Voyager, since I have that phone atm. I have been to yahoo answers, and answered people with the same problems I had with it. If helping other people here will, or might get me that file via PM; then thats what I will do. I will wait, and see what happends, I guess. I'm sorry I started off on the wrong foot, I will try to fix my error. Thanks again. =)
