    Exclamation Samsung Delve and odd MEID numbers

    I was givin a Samsung delve that was working with alltel a few months back. I have a Verizon plan and figured since My Alltel Phones can swap back and forth that I could use this one to. WRONG. My MEID number is only 14 charactors instead of 15??? Am I missing someting? It was a US cellula, moved to alltel...
