Strange, but that's how it was submitted to Industry Canada.
Each entry has, among other details, a latitude, longitude, and "location" (the bold part at the top when you click a marker on the map".
Well, first of all, the map is using Industry Canada data. If IC has it wrong (and I have seen some bad data), my map will be wrong.
Second, multiple carriers can share a tower. My map only shows WIND antennas.
Lastly, my map is antennas that IC has AUTHORIZED WIND to use. WIND could put up many more, and leave them off until receiving proper authorization.

Regarding multiple carriers - no , it is WIND.I live close by , and they installed them recently, they are the same size and shape.No one else has it listed on the map as tower location (big 3).
