I have a copy of the wind magazine. UBC and Surrey arent covered. Looks like Wind home zone will be expanded all the way to Langley by the end of the year.
Can you post some scans of the magazine?

Seriously no UBC? The map shows one tower on campus and one at Blanca. But if UBC coverage is a problem I'll have to stick with Fido till September at least...
Here you go.......From what i know UBC isnt cooperating with wind mobile.![]()
Apparently from what ive heard there being a pain in the *** for wind to setup/run towers in the UBC. They will eventually have it up and running in the near future, hopefully by the end of the year.
So what about the one tower on the map at UBC... is that not really there in real life? Or is it just not sufficient, so they won't claim coverage yet?
Anyway no UBC = no go for me.
they have the one tower, but its probably not sufficient, i'm going to get a sim and try it out there either this weekend or next week. See if there is actually no coverage. But as it is being the summer as long as they get coverage by the end of august things should be ok for most people.
A$$HOLES!!!!!!!! Tri Cities isnt covered! I am so pissed. They have had towers up for ages, but they wont let us join?!?!?!?
Perhaps some areas outside the red zone already have coverage, but not good enough that they'll guarantee it? E.g. the coverage in Surrey might be good enough for the Burnaby resident who takes the Skytrain to SFU Surrey, but not good enough to actually sell it to Surrey residents yet.
