Does anyone know if the new tower on 1650 Elgin Mills, Richmond Hill is finally active or not??

Just tiny little patches along the highway. Check out David street and Regional Road 80, in Sudbury. Bigger stretches further south, as belatucadros noted.

SD also does not have most tower locations in Downtown Toronto. But has them all for Mississauga. o.O

I'm completely at a loss for that data. It looks like the phone was almost stuck logging it, but then I have no idea why there are gaps, and why it doesn't start in a WIND Zone.
Edit: I've deleted it. I'm going to insert some fake no-service data in the area so the maps regenerate.
And for the record, that data is from late November. It took this long for someone to notice it
