T-Mobile Tethering With Windows XP & Motorola Tundra VA76r

I have a Motorola Tundra VA76r that is unlocked and working fine on T-Mobile for calls, texting, SMS, and MMS. I want to try to tether to my netbook computer. I think I have the settings correct on the phone, but it looks like I need the settings for the computer. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I don't think the netbook is recognizing the phone as a modem right now.

I don't know much about tethering Motorolas. But you'll probably need to check the Motorola website to see if they have a driver that you can download and install on the computer. If you've got the correct driver installed, you should see it as a modem option in the Dial Up Networking dialog box on your computer when the phone is connected via USB.

Another approach is to connect via Bluetooth Personal Area Network. After you pair the device to your computer, see if you can select Personal Area Network from your computer's Bluetooth software.

I know this thread is a bit on the old side but I was curious to know if you are still using the tundra and how did u get the tethering to work ... What method did u use and or what software or drivers did u have to download ..??
