Unlocking Moto DEVOUR

As Indirect Agents we recieved the Moto DEVOUR today. It has the same activation lock as almost all the new smartphones have. I have tried every android unlock I know of including the 4 corners(and in almost every possible direction and starting position), and the multiple try to activate and fail like the ERIS unlock is. This discussion was buried in another thread and I am moving it to its own. I have a tech email into motorola about the unlock. Let me(us) know if anyone has any other ideas.

Thats what I had to do with the ERIS, I just called up HTC, said I was an Indirect and needed to unlock the phone. I think you would get a better and faster response by calling moto.. please post if you get the answer, as I have not recieved ours yet.

1. Turn the phone on
2. When you are at the language screen, slide open the phone and type: Fn, E, FN, E, B, L, U, R, O, F, F
3. TRANSLATION: ##bluroff

Finally someone smart enough to figure it out. I tried doing everything to fix my phone I even tried calling verizon but they were no help. Thank you so much for posting this

Thanks for figured how to bypass blur active screen, but my Devour auto for factorry reset after every time reboot. I'm live in Vietnam and i can not be active with the Verizon Motorola Blur.
It's a heavy problem, and i realy need your help.

Help! My sister has the Motorolla DEVOUR and it is locked. She tried to unlock it, but forgot her code. Now, it is saying "To unlock, sign in with your BLUR account" -- Well, she says she doesn't remember doing that! How can we get that info? She doesn't have an email but it is saying "Username (email)". My brother got her this phone so she can make calls, but I told him not to get her a smart phone. She is "special" and we are at a loss with this phone now. Any help would be great! Thanks!

I know your post was a while ago, but did you find how to unlock it without knowing the account?
I have the same problem right now on my brother's phone, and we have no clue on how to unlock it.
