    PDANET on Telus Milestone

    Can anybody confim that pdanet is working on the Milestone on Telus network?

    Works for me on Rogers.
    my rogers plan (try to beat this)
    350dt ul eve 5pm and weekends
    smartphone value pack 2500txt 1000mms
    cd/enhanced vm/name display
    rogers to rogers
    unlimited incoming
    100 long distance min
    6GB data plan
    TOTAL including saf $54.45 plus taxes

    humm what if we don't have a data plan that includes tethering? will this show us as tethering?

    probably will show, but why would they care how you use your data? (unless you are on some kind of old unlimited plan)

    im on Unlimited data with Bell...
    there is no Root for the phone yet so can't install the WiFi tether app!

    Are you sure? I'm fairly certain on the CDMA network Bell charged extra for tethering, and if they don't already they likely will in the future. Most US carriers doe and Rogers is likely moving to charge for tethering on May 3rd. I know it's complete B.S. but it looks like that is way mobile data is going in North America.

    tested this last night. does not show up as tethering.
    Bell better start ensuring customer satisfaction or they'll go to #4 for new activations/customers.
