Google Maps - Can't You "Save To Contacts" Anymore?

I noticed Google Maps on my Bold 9700 doesn't offer the option to "save to contacts" on a searched item. I could have sworn I did this before on my Bold and I know I could do this on my HTC Fuze.

Just wondering if Google changed or something? I thought this feature was nice to simply add the looked up item to your contacts.
Do You Have The HTC TouchPro/Fuze? I feel sorry for you b/c it's complete JUNK! But...do Yourself A Favor And Visit This Webpage...

Noticed this too on my 9700 but wasn't sure if I had last done it on my Bold 9000 or on my N95-3...maybe it is a version change and we weren't able to do it on the 9000's either with the most up to date versions but never noticed.

Can someone with a 9000 and the most up to date version of GoogleMaps take a look and see if they can do it?

I have a 900 and don't see where it is available. Try Poynt.

Wow...that app Poynt is great! It's what I was looking for yesterday on App World but didn't see this.

    Thank you for sharing!!!

Seriously though...Google...do we really need to ask you to add this simple feature? I know it probably has to do with the mapping of fields into RIM's contact manager.
