Can someone give me an Aim/Windows Messanger/ DC number for the following reason:

1. Help me make sure that my Sprint BB 8330 is flashed to boost.
I followed the sticky thread and put in the service books with the manager but is that really it?


2. Help me understand why the previous owners number still shows up when im "attempting to make calls"

3. Help me start getting calls and messages, web etc.

For the record I have a boost mobile number, im just trying to get a boostberry.

I know it sounds lame and everyone here is experience and heard this cry a million times.
but the previous threads arent helping.
