    Issue with my P-07a

I'm not sure that this is the right place to post this, so sorry if it isn't
Anyways, my P-07a had a bit of an issue when I went on a trip last week

At first it was getting reception just fine, but then it stopped getting reception entirely, it gave me the unable to connect icon, but it also said GPS with some arrows and dots above it in the top middle of my screen, so I got back just now and resuscitated my phone, and its working again, but it still says GPS on the top, and I wonder how to get rid of that... Any help at all will be much appreciated, and I'll delete this thread once I get assistance. Thanks in advance!!

That's normal. It was on my P07A as well. Doesn't affect battery life or anything. I'm not sure how to turn that off though.

    Oh I see!!

Great, thank you for your kindness!! I wonder how my phone changed to that, It's my first Keitai so I'm still just figuring everything out!! The setting was in life kit under Map/GPS in GPS settings under Location request set. then I just turned it off!

Edit: Oh, I can't delete this entire thread. =__=' So if someone would be so kind as to remove it that would be lovely, as the issue has been resolved! Thanks!

threads arent usually deleted for the convenience of other people- if they search and they find it then their question is solved.

unfortunately most people don't bother to search and will just post another thread asking how to turn off GPS =.=

    Ah that makes sense!!
I tried even searching on the mighty google and couldn't find a solution there,
so I guess it works if this thread remains!! I just felt that it may have been in the wrong place, but I hope if this thread remains here it will assist others who may have the same problem!

    This is true!!
Unfortunately, although I can speak Japanese quite well, my ability to read kanji suffers greatly. If someone were to read out Google Japan to me, I would understand with minor difficulty, but otherwise, its a lost cause I'm afraid.
