Migration from prepaid (CDMA) to prepaid (GSM)

    Hi,

I apologize beforehand if this question has been already answered.

At current, I'm a happy owner of nokia 2125 (CDMA) phone with prepaid. However, I want to migrate to an android phone, which is GSM quad band. I've checked with the virgin's website and it says that now virgin supports gsm phones as well. Thus, I have a few questions:

    1. Can I use my unlocked GSM phone/smartphone with virgin prepaid ?
    2. If so, can I transfer my number to it ?
    3. If so, how does it work ? Where do I get a sim card with my number.

    Thanks, dd

Pretty sure you're talking about Virgin Mobile Canada, not Virgin Mobile USA. You've got the wrong forum.
T-Mobile’s new marketing campaign for Vermont and Western New Hampshire:
“Try T-Mobile’s blazingly fast GPRS data network. We’re faster than iDEN and TDMA combined!”
