I am tired of my env3 so I am looking for a new phone. I want one that will do web (hyperlinks in emails included), be quick and hopefully touchscreen. I'd like it to be touch screen as well.

The is one catch. I'd like it to be under $100 just enough to last me a month or two until I can afford the droid. I need to pay on some bills first then I can get the droid in mid to late april.

So what phone should I get or do i just add a line and get the droid through somewhere cheap?
