    virgin mobile lg rumor 2

    i saw the lg rumor 2 at target for 99.99 and every else sells it for 129.99 99.99 is a good price, and i was thinking about the xtc phone, which is better, but the thing is how do i put my music on it if you can't connect it to the computer i have a micro sd card, whats the point of have an mp3 player on it if you can't get music on it

    I've seen the Rumor 2 as low as $79.99, so you might want to wait for the next sale...as for getting music on it for the MP3 player, I had no trouble doing that. Put the Micro SD card in your computer, load it up, and put it in your phone. Done.

    You need to get a Micro SD adapter that plugs into your computer's USB port. With that adapter, you can copy your music and photos onto the card and plug the card into the phone to access them.

    Rumor2 is definitely better than XTC.

    $99 is a good price. As Jill-o said, they do flirt with a $79 price sometimes on the website. (And occasionally push it back up to $130.) If you're willing to wait you might catch a sale, but that's hard to predict. If you're impatient, $99 is plenty good. Lots of people here paid $129 for theirs.

    Putting music on is no problem. You just need a MicroSD card and a card reader for your computer. Here's a real cheap one for example:

    It also works for moving pictures on and off the phone. (Though not ringtones.)
