I've been a happy page plus customer for about two years now (and still am) first using my expired contract Verizon post paid E815 until charger port problems and for about the last six months a Samsung smooth 350. Well I unfortunately sent the smooth through the wash cycle a week ago Saturday (20th), so it was time for a new phone.
I visited some of the forum sponsors, the PPC website, craigs list and eBay in search of a new phone. I finally decided on Kitty Wireless for my order and placed an order Tues (23rd) evening. I immediately received 4 emails confirming my payment, my order, my order with ticket no., and my order with shipping address. It was explained that they wait two full days to process (or ship) the order to defer fraud and to refer to the table on their website to see exactly when your phone would ship> according to the chart that would be Fri (26th). Friday came and went, Saturday came and went and no email regarding my order. I engaged with a polite gentleman with their online chat that explained to me that the phone didn't ship Friday (or Saturday for that matter), but would ship Fed-Ex over-nite on Monday so I would get in the guaranteed time. I spoke with the same gentleman Mon evening, provided me with the tracking no. and told me that fed ex did in fact pick the phone up Monday should expect it Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. (so much for over-nite). According to Fed ex tracking the phone was picked up from the vendor Today (Tue 30th) and expected delivery is Thur April 1. April fools on me. Also I'm certain that when I ordered the phone it stated they shipped USPS Priority and now its shipping FedEx. Which I normally wouldn't use for shipping. Not a dislike for the company, its just a lot easier for me to get my packages with UPS or USPS.
Now my father has been using a tracfone for the last several years as an emergency only phone. The battery no longer holds a charge, so I thought I'd treat him to a page plus phone. Ordered a phone form the page plus website Thursday night. They stated they usually ship the next business day. What do yo know. They shipped it the next day and arrived today, two business days later. Fully set up and ready to go. Painless experience there.
Just thought I would share (and vent of course).

I,myself,have recommended the above mentioned dealer in post number 1 to many friends and family and will continue to do so.If that dealer switches to another carrier I would gladly follow.
It is not our policy to post publicly about any customer's order, however, since the customer posted publicly, I will respond once about this.
Our phone orders from Friday were delayed, we changed them to FEDEX and sent them out Monday. We have had instances, like this one, where the FEDEX package was after the cutoff time and it did not get entered into the system until the following day. It is rare, and we try to avoid it, but it does happen.
You did speak to Caleb, one of my employees, on chat and on the phone. We did try to change your shipping to overnight, however, the package was already gone and we could not adjust. All shipping dates & such in our chart are our best estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
However, our order was delayed, that is our fault, and we are truly sorry for that. We did email all customers this weekend with an update on our e-mail system server issues. We had hundreds of incoming & outgoing email messages lost - which we have corrected now. We did, indeed, send you emails letting you know about the delay, but they did not arrive - which we also notified you about when you came on live chat.
I have contacted you privately via PM to offer additional compensation for your delayed order.

Kitty, has offered you compensation and that is a good business practice. There really isn't much more that she can do. Many business would just say to bad so sad... if you don't like it,..... then just send it back (at your expense).
Thanks for replying Kitty and for the PM. My post was just a result of checking the tracking and finding I'm delayed yet another day. Not mad, just a little frustrated, that I ordered a replacement phone on a Tue and it didn't actually ship till the following Tue.
Will the extra couple of days hurt me, nope. I'm sure when my phone arrives, I'll be yet another happy customer. I ordered from you greatly in part from all of the excellent posts from you, providing great help and advice on this forum.
I did chat and speak with Caleb, he was very courteous and helpful each time.
The lack of email followup was slightly disconcerting, but I understand that you had server problems.

This didn't seem like an attack on anyone (the OP's post), but it just seemed like one customers experience with two different providers. I would say that both shipping times are acceptable, however I can see how the online chat with a K.W. rep could have been slightly frustrating with different dates, etc. The response and follow up seemed to be on par with most customer service departments.
Based on OP, I wouldn't hesitate to order from either place as of this time.

But to the OP, I haven't ordered anything from Kitty (i like to buy my phones dirt cheap, then provision them myself), but they are definitely one of the most respected dealers on the forum. If I didn't have the sources like I do, she would probably be my dealer of choice. She was even decent enough to respond to the thread and PM you.
