Simple Mobile MMS Settings for Windows Mobile?

Can someone tell me how to and what are the Simple Mobile MMS settings?

Also, if possible, the instructions on how to configure them on Windows Mobile 6.5?

I want to set them up on my Xperia X1i. Thank you very much for your help in advance!

anyone getting size restriction errors on every incoming mms pic on simplemobile / iphone 3gs ios4
