I'm surprised the I69 corridor isn't lit up. I've driven on I69 in lower michigan from coldwater to I94 and have seen all kinds of UMTS cells in field test that didn't have Microcell PSCs many months ago! They got stalled up by something...
Hopefully they'll go over the bridge and light up 3G to Sault Saint Marie.
That would be nice. I'd like to see it on Drummond Island/De Tour Village as well (makes for cheap coverage while I'm on St. Joseph's Island in Canada). I've used EDGE there in the past off of Drummond Island - works well.
I've received specific dates as to when 3G will be live in northeast lower MI.
Along the US-23 corridor (Rogers City, Alpena, most likely Cheboygan) 3G will be live March 21st. Along M-68 corridor (off of Church HWY) 3G will be live July 15th. I'm guessing more locations in and around Alpena, Presque Isle, and Cheboygan counties will have live 3G by July 15th as well.
Anybody hear anything on the timeframe for West Branch? How about Rose City, Mio, Whittemore, Hale? I don't ven have AT&T anymore and am probably not going back, but have several friends on it still in this area.
Your FCC filings are just the UMTS on the edge of the cell, that doesn't indicate what AT&T will do with the interior. So maybe more is coming. I don't know for sure. I just know from the CMA's I see around me where AT&T makes tower changes that effect the border of the CMA.

One unfortunate thing I am seeing here in the South, is that all the serving towers have 3G but the 3G signal drops off a bit before the GSM signal :/
Here in Gaylord, there has been no data whatsoever, all afternoon. I am hoping that means they had to shut it down to complete the upgrade and we will see 3G tomorrow!
