I was trying to change wallpaper when my UTStarcom (Virgin Shuttle) CDM 8964 phone froze. I pulled out the battery to reboot and when I reinserted the battery, the phone would not complete the boot-up process. It keeps rebooting. Occasionally, there is a page User Data being restored but the bootup does not complete. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? My second phone in 1 year with the same problem! I'm now out of warranty....
