Sharp C250, NB30, NB30DP Android phones?

Just came across this model in a Chinese website, http://product.pconline.com.cn/mobile/sharp/404363.html.
There's hardly any info on it but that it's going to run on Android 1.5

There, I also spotted the NB30 and NB30DP, Sharp Android phones to come out in mid-2010. I think this will be an AU KDDI device. The difference between the two models being

NB30 is a mobile phone designed by Sharp Corporation. The device is pre-installed with a Synergy Bluetooth technology Host Subsystem-DCI (B015697) and Synergy for Android (B016342).

NB30DP is a wireless PDA designed by Sharp Corporation. The device is pre-installed with a Synergy BT Host Subsystem-DCI (B015697) and Synergy for Android (B016342).

I had read earlier (Nov. 2009) that Sharp is planning to produce some Android devices and we've already seen the IS01. But what exactly will those models from above be... ?

Yeah they exist, that info comes from the Bluetooth SIG. I suspect the NB30DP is what became the IS01; the NB30 is yet to be announced (and will probably be announced next month as part of KDDI's summer phone launch). I think the C250 will also get announced then; it will be called the SHI01.
