It'd be interesting to see what happens with Alaska, another area that Sprint never built out themselves but for which they have licenses. I haven't been there in several years (e.g. since the GCI acquisition) and I'm curious what they did. Of course, here in Beijing, I'm pretty far removed from anything in the US, let alone Alaska.

As for Alaska coverage, Sprint officially put the Digicel coverage on their coverage maps as home. Only the Anchorage and Fairbanks SIDs are considered home. Doesn't look like they include any of the 800 mhz. stuff they converted after the merge.
