    That's an easy one. NO.

The only phones that can be activated on StraightTalk is the ones that have their serial number in ST's data bank.

And don't say that where Carlos Slim can hear you. He will decapitate you just for thinking it!

I'd say your shtick was getting old, but that'd be a lie. It was never that fresh to begin with.

First you go to prison, then you meet Bubba, then you get married.

Actually, the first thing you do is change the ESN. Then you get caught, prosecuted, and convicted.
Then you'll be whisked away for an all-expense-paid vacation at the exclusive Greybar Hotel, where
you'll forge deep relationships with new "friends" as they get to know all the in's & out's of your personality.

And your cell number has nothing to do with a phone.

I was working at a state prison in the 90's before moving to another state. Cell phones were just starting to be a problem being smuggled in to the inmates. I would hate to guess what this is like now with the many very small phone models that have been introduced.

I heard LG is coming out with a new model targeted towards the inmate market:

    The LG Bplug

    carefully read

Carefully Read.....the fcc states that IF you manipulate with the intent to defraud.... as long as you are not cloning/stealing someone elses esn to use it fraudulently....or changing the esn cause you didnt pay the bill and you want to sell the phone.....IF you are changing the esn to use it on another carriers network its legit.....we/they've been using it on metro phones for almost 2 years now...
I believe the Black berry is the first gsm/cdma phone....Unlocked it can be used on both carriers......In the next few years all phones MUST be able to be used on all carriers... It will be manditory.... Mark my words....Enjoy....B-

Yeah, esn cloning/repairing/manipution/rewriting is a touchy subject here. The mere mention brings warnings from mods and specific details on how to actually do it or an intent to do it can bet you a nice ban-cation.

As the others say to the OP, can't be done. End of story.

Some carriers like anything run by Trafone , don't allow any Byod. That's just how it is sometimes.
