I set up an account on the phone. I would constantly get a notification of me not being able to sign in to Google Talk.

I've read that someone else had that problem and they signed into Talk and the app problem was fixed. I'm still not able to sign into Talk.

Any solutions for that one too?

Go to settings, then accounts and sync. Make sure your google account is connecting and syncing properly. maybe bad password or login?

you can get the seido battery that is 1750 which is made for the eris, it fits and adds no thickness

Has anyone found a good LED flashlight app yet? I've searched the market and have tried a couple different ones, but none of them worked.

I tried the Moto Torch last week, but doesn't work.

Is the start up time really as fast as it looks in all the youtube vids? My BB Tour takes 8-10 mins to start up after a battery pull. Thankfully battery pulls are few and far between (usually just when removing an app) but it still sucks.

Start up time on mine is about 15 seconds, but that is with some apps loading in the background.

Here's a little tip that hasn't been talked about (much).
You can view all 7 home screens in "helicopter view".
You can do this by going to the home screen and short-pressing on the home icon on the bottom-left. Or pinch pinch-and-zoom inward on the home screen to show all 7. You can then tap the home screen you want to go to, or pinch-and-zoom out on that home screen.
It's a cool feature, but I still like to swipe between them.

Anyone else notice when looking at the screen when it's off you can see a grid of dots (maybe 1/4 inch apart) that are reflective?

It doesn't bother me, just curious if anyone knows what that is?

BTW, I am LOVING this phone. I came from a blackberry pearl flip (and before the bb pearl original) and those seem like the dark ages after playing with the incredible.

I played with it for like 4 hours straight before realizing where the time had gone! LOL

I noticed that too. I think it has something to do with touch sensitivity/conduction.
