I'm more inclined to believe the "15" than the "have a sedan" bit simply due to the, uh, quality of the post (apaprently the quality of the British education system is slipping).

Username has a '96' in it (15 years old, born in 1996...) so yeah he's more likely to be 15 than have a car.
