Official HTC Droid Incredible Problems/Issues Thread

Refurbished Business Phones look as great as new phones.I recently got my I-phone refurbished and it looks good as new again.

I've barely had my Incredible 2 for a month and 2 things have gone wrong. One, the clock app disappeared and would not run, however this wasn't too big of a deal as there are many alarm clock apps I could download. It recently just reappeared and began working again.

HOWEVER

My BIGGEST problem now is that my phone will not vibrate when it is set to vibrate. I get a message or a text and it acts as if the phone were on silent. This is ridiculous. I'm fed up with phones that don't even last half of their contracts.

Anybody have any suggestions??
