Good Question, I have an Acura TL, and it was supposed to work, but doesn't. What does work though it BT dialing, which I guess is a problem with standard BT headsets.Originally Posted by dougmod

I just got a car that has integrated bluetooth and I am having trouble sending my contacts to my car. I do not see an option to share my whole phonebook at once and send it all over. Is there a way to check multiple contacts and send them to my car's head unit?

You did not say what kind of new car you got but I have heard some Toyotas can only receive contacts one at a time. It is not so much an issue with the phone but the bluetooth in the car.
My 08 Honda Accord was able to receive my address book from my Droid. Plus several other phones. There always were a few that it couldn't import but it told me there were issues with some. I figure it was the ones without phone numbers.
well it is a jvc head unit that came with the car. it just says waiting for phone to send contacts or waiting to receive contacts, like I am supposed to send them. Nothing say it will retrieve contacts from head unit to phone.

I downloaded Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard (free on market).
Paired my phone with my car
Open bluetooth file transfer wizard
Push the menu button the phone
Select More
Select Send Contacts
Pick the ones you want or just use the select all feature
hit send or ok.
DONE
Yeah....
Android does not have the option to send/receive contacts via BT. You have to use an app like BTFT to do it.
