Also, as I stated before, the last step (adb reboot) in cmd.exe commands always come back as "Not Found". So I just put "reboot" without the "adb". Is that what could be causing a conflict? Maybe I should not be doing this on Windows 7?
Try re writing the NV files and also check your plan if your on one of the new plans you may need to use one of the newer PRL's.

@classickworld try the 6499 prl I uploaded. Also, if you are in adb shell then all you need to type is reboot.

@Insainecain I just tried the 6499 and traveled outside my cricket area this morning and for the first time ever my roaming was working with that prl. Not data but i did have talk and text.
No I will not teach you or tell you how to flash a phone.
Yes I will help you if you educate yourself first then ask reasonable questions.

So would this be the CORRECT WAY to do it:

    cd c:\android\tools
    adb remount
    adb push c:\android\tools\u2nl /system/bin/u2nl
    adb push c:\ android\tools\autostart.sh /data/opt/autostart.sh
    Now:
    adb shell
    chmod 0755 /system/bin/u2nl
    chmod 0755 /data/opt/autostart.sh
    reboot

As far as the PRL, I already have 3g with 38003 PRL. Will the 6499 give me web? Also, where did you upload it? I dont see a link.

Those are correct, 6499 will give you nationwide coverage, and possible better service.

I have already had it refreshed 3 times. How do I erase everything and start from scratch? Basically, stock ROM. Or is this the wrong thread to be asking? LoL
Also my SuperUser Permissions say 10040:10040 0:0 /system/bin/sh. Is that correct? What does that mean?

Maybe my phone is having problems because my Phone Number & MIN Number are the same.

I have a ? the last few Driods that I have done keep updating to verizon, after I have sucessfully flashed with everything working okay on cricket! Once the update is ran, the phone loses the flash and reverts back to verizon..has anyone else had this issue or know of a possible fix or block to stop this from happening?

Well, the simple solution is to have SPRecovery installed, which will block the OTA update from applying. Long answer is downloading a current custom ROM that's already running on a rooted 2.1 FW so the phone won't update.

Problem with the updates is more than likely you were running on either 2.0 or 2.0.1--when the phone updates OTA, if flashes to 2.1, EFFECTIVELY losing root capabilities, and wap/mms I know for sure, is out the door. I'm not sure about talk/text, but if you do a baseband update, you'll lose talk/text to. FW update and baseband update are two seperate updates. Talk/text fix is as simple as re-setting up the MIN/MDN/SID and reflashing the PRL. Wap/mms fix is done by writing NV items and pushing files, but you can't do that on a stock 2.1 FW because you need su access.
