    Sprint Lg Lotus Lx600 To Pageplus Tutorial

    TALK AND TEXT ONLY FOR PAGEPLUS!!!

    ACTIVATE ON PAGEPLUS TO GET MDN AND MIN

    CONNECT PHONE THRU USB TO COMPUTER

    OPEN DEVICE MANAGER AND TAKE NOTE OF COMPORT THAT IT SHOWS UP ON

    OPEN CDMA WORKSHOP

    DROPDOWN TO RIGHT COMPORT THAT PHONE IS ON

    CLICK CONNECT AND READ

    UNDER DM MODE ON MAIN SCREEN CHOOSE "QCDM" and WAIT...

    NEXT CHOOSE MODE DROPDOWN AND CHOOSE OFFLINE -D

    NEXT CLICK SECURITY TAB AND IN SPC AREA CHOOSE "LG" FROM DROPDOWN

    CLICK READ

    TAKE NOTE OF THE SPRINT SPC

    ONCE THE SPRINT SPC IS SHOWING CLICK SEND TO UNLOCK PHONE

    ONCE UNLOCKED CHANGE SPRINT SPC TO 000000 AND CLICK WRITE (This is necessary for OTA programming to take place later!!)

    Click NAM tab on CDMAW

    FILL IN MIN AND MDN ALSO FILL IN YOUR SID ALL THE SAME IN ALL 7 BOXES FOR IT ALSO PUT IN 65535 FOR ALL OF THE 7 NID BOXES

    CLICK WRITE

    DISCONNECT PHONE FROM COMPUTER

    TURN OFF PHONE AND TURN BACK ON

    DIAL *228 AND UPDATE THE PRL OPTION# 2

    NOW YOU ARE DONE!!

    I DID THIS TONITE WITH 2 LG LOTUS PHONES THAT WERE JUST OFF CONTRACT WITH SPRINT AND TALK AND TEXT WORKED FINE

    APPARENTLY WE MAY NEVER GET MMS AND WAP WORKING EASILY OR ATLEAST I HAVEN'T GOTTEN THAT FAR YET...

    HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE!!

    NOTE I COULD READ THE SPRINT PRL USING CDMAW BUT I COULD NOT WRITE THE NON-EVDO 51600.prl I KEPT GETTING AN ERROR.....

    SO BY DOING THE NAM PROGRAMMING IN CDMAW (CDMA WORKSHOP) AND CHOOSING OPTION 2 FROM *228 THAT LOADED THE 51600.prl JUST FINE!!!! YAY!
