Just curious, can Bill or Winston confirm that the Snapdragon information from the Gizmodo article is incorrect?? First I have heard of that and would love for it to NOT be true.

You know what I find funny is that if you compare the two recent pictures of the "Shadow" side by side, they are the same phone. But, put one in someone's hand and everyone goes ballistic about how ugly it is. It could be huge, it could be small hands, it could be fake. Who really knows? Why don't we all take a chill pill and wait until it comes out. Unless of course, everyone plans to buy it sight unseen, at which point you deserve the hassle you bring upon yourself to return it since you were so impatient. For me, I don't care if the specs are light years ahead of others, if it feels weird in my hand or pocket, I won't buy it.

Exactly what I feel... if you don't like how the phone looks, nobody is forcing you to buy it, so stop whining.

Personally, I love how it looks in this pic and really cannot wait till its released!

First of all I think the guy is holding the phone in an odd way which doesn't help, but secondly he definitely is not a big guy. If you look at the watch band he has it cranked all the way down to the 3rd from the smallest eyelet; he with the tiny wrists does not likely have giant hands.

As you say it is kind of irrelevant anyway, it could be huge but if it still feels awesome in hand and in pocket I could care less what it looks like to anyone else watching me use it.

I'll say it, WRONG. At least from my last indepth conversation on it. And I highly doubt it was changed in the last month otherwise it would never make it out when it is thought to be released. Just like I saw another article again referencing this new pic as the Shadow "aka Droid2". Half of what you see floating around on these other sites is so wrong it is ridiculous.

As long as it doesn't look like the Devour, I'll be happy. I don't know what Motorola was thinking when they came up with that.

well the Droid itself can be considered quite ugly but I think it's grown on us now...so first impressions can change.

If that internal 16GB of memory is true, that would be very interesting (and one more reason to sell my incredible, LOL.) Looking forward to see how thin and big this phone is in person, whenever that will be.

From what I've "heard" so far, I "think" Aixelsyd is on point.

    Agreed.

16GB internal -- plus a 32GB MicroSD would make for a nice bit of media storage.

Hey now! Besides, I think the Incredible looks bad, different strokes and all that jazz. Nice to have options.

I would not count on seeing 16Gb in it. If we are lucky we'll see 8Gb tops of internal memory. Originally word was at least around 2Gb, I then got word it would more then likely be upped from that but they would not say if it was 4 or 8Gb like I asked. That said I would be absolutely shocked to see it release with 16Gb, would be sweet for sure but I won't hold my breathe that is for sure.

OMG that is a HUUUUUGE phone no one would ever buy tha......oh wait, thats the Droid you say?

Look at the dude's watch (the one holding the Shadow), he's got it buckled on the 3rd to last hole in the band. Tiny wrists = tiny hands.

Everytime you don't read the thread before asking your silly question, Verizon delays a new cellphone.
Yes, Verizon did just robbed you.
HAHAHAHA! yeah I'm laughing at you!
