    Activate Moto Q9c w/o Smartphone plan?

    I'm trying to switch from a Samsung Intensity to a Moto Q9c that I just got. I'm trying to use the MyVerizon ESN switcher but it's trying to force me to choose between

    -Unlimited Email & Web for Smartphones (personal email).
    -Unlimited Corporate Email & Web for Smartphones (business & personal email)

    I thought that phones released before the Nov 08 cutoff date did not need data plans. Is there another option to activate the Q9c without a data plan?
