has anyone figured out how to set ringtones as text tones instead of an standard text beep...

Not sure if you're asking the same question as missiann44 in post #27, but it sounds like what I came to this thread hoping to find. I have a motion-detecting camera that can send an MMS message when it's triggered. I'm a light sleeper, but the R630's single little "ding-ding" for a text message might not be enough to let me know the cam had sent a message in the middle of the night. (Or if I'm awake but in a noisy environment.) I'd like to have a different ring for messages from the cam.

I have the number for the cam's SIM* in my Contacts, but since it's not sending a voice call, the usual way of assigning a special ringtone to it isn't possible.

*I'm on USCC, but the cams only work on GSM/GPRS networks. I almost bought a phone while I was at the T-Mobile store getting the SIM and unlimited text plan, but somebody talked me out of it. That would have given me a "dedicated line" to get the cam messages on, but sometimes I'm still not exactly sanguine about T-Mo's coverage in my area.
