Moto Droid Flashed to Pocket?

Hello all...im new here and a complete noob when it comes to smartphones and flashing rooting all this ive been reading...but im good at following directions step by step and decent with computers....I want to know if anyone here has ever flashed a motorola droid to pocket communications...I would try to flash it to cricket...but I am in a tri-band area...and have been told that a flashed phone will not work....Well I bought this phone from someone off craigslist..all seems to work great..I did a factory reset..and worked around the activation screen by taping the corners clockwise..got scared for a bit there...They guy i bought it from said it would not work with verizon..which Im guessing it has a bad esn...But i dont want verizon anyway...I cant afford it. Anyway..he said he would flash it by calling one of his friends that works for the company and change esn or something..and it would be fully flashed...is this even possible? Can it all be done over the phone and with someone changing a few settings or whatever? If anyone has any info..or know how to flash it to pocket communications...I would be willing to pay for the help...thanks

Yes you can...I'm writing this on my droid fully flahsed...ill tell ya this tho...the internet from pocket on droid sucks,,,and I have trouble with getting text from a few people...but mms works great wit everyone. I can help you out with it..I used a simple guide for flashing the prl to the droid...and got a couple tips and mms settings form another friend....hitmeup on gtalk...popatop21@gmail.com

Yep there is definately a texting issue with the droid with pocket, even if u just do the basic flash the problem will still occur, but what is very strange is that you only dont receive txt from certain numbers, not all. Im working on finding a solution for this issue.
