Is MetroPCS the worst Customer Service or Is it Me?

Timmy...there are many people who are happy with Metro PCS and the service they provide.

Not everyone travels all over the place and needs blanketed coverage.

I live in Troy, MI n a girlfriend of mine and I went to the beach last summer, we went to Port Huron ( 45 mins away) ....She has Verizon, I have Metro.

When we get out there guess who had signal on my Samsung Indulge ( Have LG Esteem now) ? She had no signal at all on her Motorola Droid on Verizon.

So...every company has shortcomings. You shouldn't be ripping on people for trying to be economical.

As a matter of fact there was just an article on engadget about hundreds of thousands of people fleeing contract based carriers for pre-paid.

I bet If Metro had an I phone w unlimited everything for $50 a month you'd be on it like the rest of us.

My LG Esteem can do everything your phone can do....I assure you. Oh n I love my 4.3" screen, overclocked processor, HDMI out...etc.etc.

Keep giving all your money to Apple/ I tunes!! Sheeple.

again i use the razr maxx i dont use the iphone. lmao my razr maxx can do everything your esteem can your right....just better...i have zero reason to overclock my phone the 1.2 ghz ti omap processor is more than capable at 1.2 ghz. the only processor close to it is samsungs. best processor on the planet. again if verizon offered a 50 dollar smartphone plan you would all jump ship on a heartbeat. nobody wants a teir 3 wireless company. they use it outta needs. either they need to pay less or they need it for credit reasons. noone brags hey!!! i have metro pcs!!!! sorry. they suck. whats funny is sprint didnt even want em. whats that tell you??? if sprint dont want you your in bad shape...enjoy your esteem...my razr maxx on a real lte network is just fine and no if metro offered a top teir smartphone i would not switch. i would like a network than can actually let me use my phone how it ia intended to be used. call me nuts i guess

but since u guys seem to be stuck on my girls iphone lets go over that. is the iphone better than the lg connect?? by lightyears. there is no reason to overclock an iphone. none of them lag. there is no reason to put a custom rom on an iphone the stock iphone performs better and smoother than any droid ever made. end of story. now i perfer android myself as it is capable of a little more but im not drinking the kool aid that iphones are junk. they do alot right.

and i keep hearing those same repprts about prepaid but its only a half truth. prepaid churn rates are the highest they ever . att and verizon are adding subs like crazy and there churn rates are the lowest they been in years. so where are the prepaid customers flocking from?? you can say sprint but there in better shape now than theyve been in in years. cdma postpaid subs are actually up. t mobile?? postpaid subs down prepaid subs waaay up but really if you buy yoyr own phone theres no incentive to sign a contract with tmobile as there prepaid offerings are better than there postpaid. lets look at metro pcs. they came on like gang busters because they filled a void. actual phone service without a credit check. lets be real thats the core of metros customer base. people with subpar credit. when boost offered the same service on a nationwide level metro fans claimed ohhh it wont hurt metro at all!! wrong...then came virgin, straight talk, t mobile , ect ect. metro is a dying company just like leap. so yes prepaid customers are up but so is cell phone usage as a whole. the big 2 are not hurting letting smaller companies handle customers honestly they dont want on postpaid. some people cant handle that fact but sometimes the truth hurts.
