How to change GRPS/WAP settings and un-brand Samsung Gravity I

I have an unlocked T-mobile Samsung Gravity I (T-459). How to find a way of changing its GRPS/WAP/data settings? Is there some hidden menu or something?

More generally, how to (completely) un-brand the phone, remove T-zones, T-mobile Mobile Backup, etc?

If it matters, my Gravity was unlocked using an unlock code provided by T-mobile Customer Service.

    Just FYI it's GPRS.

I have the Gravity 2 and this is what works for me:
    Dial *#6984125*#
Then go to network & call Settings
then go down to the connections tab

Nope. If I dial *#6984125*#, or *#6984125# , then nothing happens.

Where should I be looking for a similar code? Where did you get yours?

I guess it doesn't work for the Gravity 1. I found it by searching in Google. Just search for admin menu code.

My Gravity 2 is unlocked but I think that's as far as you can go. If you find a way please let me know, I will keep looking into it as well.

I just got my phone back from a shop that fixed my wifes Gravity 1. It was having signal loss after unlocking it and he was able to fix it and use a different firmware from Mexico. It's way better than the T-mobile brand and you can change settings for WAP & MMS.
