Question about dropping Voice plan but keeping Data

I remember a while ago someone posted a link on AT&T web site on what number to call if you want to drop your voice plan but keep your data plan. It's a special number. I just looked in the AT&T faq and didn't see it. Does anyone have that link handy? Has anyone gone through that process to remove voice just keep Data on their phone willing to share the experience?

I had to call CS twice to drop my voice plan and replace it with a standalone data plan.
It may not work now because they got rid of their standalone data plans and the only standalone data plans they had were the PDA, BB and Laptop connect standalone plans.
You can't have the 15 unlimited plan by itself since there was no such thing as a standalone $15 unlimited data plan.

That's interesting. I like to know which rep you talked to because the rep I talked to said I could drop my voice plan but the data plan goes to $60
    plus taxes and fees.

Only people I've seen that are able to get this recently are deaf customers, and even then it takes a doctor note or some kind of proof.
