    possible to retrieve deleted text messages?

    hey guys I accidentally deleted a text msg that I need to get back...are there any free software/utils that will let me read the raw memory card data & get the info back again?

    phone is a fido motorola razr v3

    downloaded bitpm but it doesn't seem to recognize the phone....even though I can see it, as well as copy files back & forth on windows with a USB
