Depends on how your work email is set up and what phone you're using with it. If you're using a Blackberry, you NEED the Enterprise plan. If you're using an iPhone, you don't.

So let me get this correct... If I want to receive company email on my new phone, I will have to pay at least an extra $30?
That is all I really need through my phone, is email... so will they let me just get my email via the $15 plan?

My statements and opinions do not reflect those of my employer, AT&T Mobility. This is disclosed per FTC regulation.
For a Blackberry you do NOT need the Enterprise plan if A. Your company uses BES Express or B. You have POP/IMAP access or Outlook Web Access to view your email currently.
I am in the process of converting many users to the $15 plan since they use so little data a month. I had previously converted them from the $45 Enterprise plan to the $30 BIS personal plan when BES Express came out.
Definitely don't need enterprise for exchange use lol.
BESX should work on regular 30 or 25 dolla plan. I just setup BESX at work, but the one user who uses it is on Sprint.
