Thread: How do you clear recent destinations in the Navigation app?

    In Market it is History Eraser by DUMAPIC web site that is given in the market is http://androdev.blog9.fc2.com/ . Lots of luck with that site it was all greek to me.

    Google Maps Navigation (IIRC, should be included in the Incredible) does. It is, however, not the only Android GPS nav app.

    Found out how to do this... go to settings>>applications>>maps

    Then click "Clear data. I also did a clear cache. When you start up maps or Navigation, everything is gone and it resets the applications.

    I tried both Erasers on the Moto Spice and nothing each time.

    Maps doesn't even show up in the list.

    However,for all non-Spice this seems to work!

    1. Settings
    2. Applications
    3. Manage Applications
    4. Select Filter
    5. Select All
    6. Select "Maps" application. It will show the following
    Total xxx MB
    Application XXX MB
    Data xxxMB if it is other than 0 this is your recent destinations
    7. To clear recent destinations, select "clear data" button.
