BB storm unlocked Verizon phone no longer supported

Well I am using and unlocked Verizon bb Storm 9530. It's a world phone (roam on GSM) before everyone starts to flip out about it being CDMA.

Anyways around June 6, it was not able to connect to BB servers anymore making the phone useless. Tmobile said their engineers were on it and that they were having troubles with the Storm. I dont understand y just this BB phone? One thing to keep in mind is Verizon Navigator worked after being unlocked for TMobile. However Verizon customers have to pay for it, you able to use it for free on tmobile network, not that i cared to use it all. Is this possibly Verizon telling BB to cut data to the Storm?

I guess this was a temporary move because I am currently using an unlocked storm on tmobile prepaid.
